Pre-School, Pre-K, Out-of-Boundary Lottery Help Session 4
Event Description:
Are you new to DCPS? New to the DCPS out-of-boundary process? Learn more about the Lottery process, meet with DCPS school principals and representatives, and fill out the online application at our upcoming Lottery Application Information and Help Sessions.
The Out-of-Boundary Lottery is an opportunity for DCPS families to apply to send their child to a school outside of their assigned in-boundary schools. In addition, the preschool (3-year-olds) and prekindergarten (4-year-olds) lottery allows families to apply to send their child to schools that offer preschool and prekindergarten programs.
The lottery application will open on Monday, January 30, 2012 and remain open until Monday, February 27, 2012. Those who choose to attend an event will be allowed to access and submit one online lottery application per child at this event.
Can’t attend? Fill out the application online or call the Critical Response Team at (202)478-5738 for assistance with your questions and concerns throughout the lottery application period. Team members are available Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
